Recently, the chemical fertilizer division implements major repair and technical renovation, including 141 maintenance tasks in the instrument workshop. The workshop requires all teams and groups to follow the principle of “repairing should be compulsory, and repairing must be repaired well”.

During the operation of a valve of a synthetic low-temperature methanol washing unit, valve position oscillation occurred many times, causing serious vibration of the unit's pipeline and threatening the safety of the device. For instrument equipment that was temporarily malfunctioning or needed urgent repair, the cadres of the instrument workshop worked together to repair the two instrument valves, 25 instrument cables, 70-meter instrument bridges, and several pressure guiding tubes and devices that were damaged in the crane's folding arm.
